How will you foster collaboration?

The entire Professional Learning (PL) Course is designed to be collaborative. While I will oversee the original document, the course will be shared using collaborative methods. This approach ensures that students will utilize collaborative tools throughout the entire course. My goal is for teachers to feel completely at ease collaborating with their peers in the class so that they can confidently bring these skills back to their team.

Who will lead what components?

I will take the initial lead in introducing each part. Others in the course will have the opportunity to take the lead on elements they feel confident about. I'll remain a constant guide, available to provide assistance whenever they need it.

Audience and their needs

My primary audience is teachers who have experienced losses due to failed autosaves in our Microsoft products or during device transfers. Additionally, I am targeting teachers and coaches involved in the STEAM Club. This approach allows us to collaborate effectively, ensuring our lessons align. This alignment is essential in case a group of students needs to be with a different instructor on a particular day.
